The Information Meeting, led by the Interpretive Team, ensures you have what you need to contribute in your role’s capacity. Topics covered include directory information, roles, dispositions, intentions, recommendations, funding, purchasing, compliance, online credentials, and preliminary head count.

The Progression Meeting provides you and the rest of the Productive Team the opportunity for collaboration on and consolidation of tasks. Topics covered include flyer and invitation design, vendor quotes and contracts, advertising campaign, and special guests.

The Finalization Meeting reviews preparations made throughout the planning process and confirms logistics of the Enactive Team during implementation of the event. Topics covered include attendance logs.

The Documentation Submission lists evidentiary artifacts for evaluation and to whom they are accountable at the conclusion of the event.
