The Progression Meeting provides you and the rest of the Productive Team the opportunity for collaboration on and consolidation of tasks. Topics covered include entertainment components, agenda, decorative scheme, vendor quotes and contracts, and donations.

The Finalization Meeting reviews preparations made throughout the planning process and confirms logistics of the Enactive Team during implementation of the event. Topics covered include program design.
